Guests have access to the entire Pine Haven cabin, as well as the shared amenities offered throughout Pine Noel Resort. These amenities include the sandy swimming beach, shared docks, row boats, screened-in gazebo, fish cleaning house, outdoor seating areas, charcoal grills, fire pit areas, and children's play areas. Areas Off Limits To ensure the comfort and privacy of all guests and resort operations, the following areas are off limits: Any locked closets, storage rooms, maintenance areas, or utility spaces. Private owner storage areas. Other cabins, buildings, or accommodations not included with your reservation. Maintenance equipment, maintenance sheds, and resort service areas. Guests are welcome to enjoy the resort grounds and shared amenities while respecting the privacy of other guests staying at the resort. While the cabin offers a peaceful lakeside setting, most restaurants, stores, attractions, and services in the Mercer area require driving. Downtown Mercer is just a short drive away and offers grocery stores, restaurants, gas stations, bait and tackle shops, and other essentials. Guests can also explore nearby attractions such as the Turtle Flambeau Flowage, MECCA Trails, local parks, and the many lakes and forests that make Wisconsin's Northwoods a popular vacation destination. Ride-sharing services such as Uber and Lyft are extremely limited in the area and may not be available. Taxi service is also limited, so guests should plan transportation in advance. For guests traveling from out of town, the nearest commercial airports are: Rhinelander–Oneida County Airport (approximately 1 hour away) Ironwood Gogebic-Iron County Airport (approximately 1 hour away) Once you arrive, you'll find that most Northwoods adventures—from fishing and boating to hiking and sightseeing—are just a short drive from the cabin.
